I had a great stock shoot yesterday. The model was fantastic. Really great personality and I definitely think it came through in the images. We walked around the Meatpacking District and the West Village and scouted out locations as we went along. The main theme we played with was a fairy with balloons, although we did do two other looks as well. ( Read more... )

Ok, well I at least I think this is a great find and I hope someone here will share in my joy. Work let out early yesterday for the holiday weekend. Did some errands and ended up approaching my apartment from a different direction than my normal work routine. Did a lot of walking around yesterday in the morning-early afternoon. Luckily I made it back before it started to rain. Saw these tires laying around on the street and thought they looked picture worthy.

A typical NYC area where what’s on one side of the street is the complete opposite from the other. Over the last two years this area has started to develop dramatically. Been a while since I’ve seen any abandoned/lost toys. Most of the time I find them to be sad, but this one looks kind of pissed off more than anything. Kind of adds a humorous element to it in my opinion ( Read more... )

This is cropped in from the original image of what I believe was an old light. It was the colors that drew me in. Looking at it this morning on my work computer I think that it looks a bit dull, and I was slightly disappointed. I even reedited here. Something I never do.
